all this "save the planet" talk and rules is all about MONEY!!. the epa and other federal and state gov't agencies have figgered out ways to make money off of us. just look at all the insane fees that are charged in the name of reducing pollution. battery and tire fees and more fees for vehicle emission testing and repairs.seems like they think up a new fee everyday for something. i am waiting for the time when they charge a fee for a person owning a tractor. why not just make us get a emission test for all tractors,atv's,lawn mowers, chainsaws and any other gas/diesel engine machine? it would open up a whole new employment opportunity for pollution cops. they could come to your home an arrest you for mowing your grass or cutting a tree without a permit. sorry, just venting. this bs really makes me mad because it is all geared toward someone making money.
