I picked up an el cheapo brand 10 amp battery charger at Kmart over 15 years ago at Kmart for about 15 bucks and it has never failed me. I kind of wish it would quit so I could get a bigger one, but it keeps on working. The more money you spend, the faster you'll be able to charge, but I think the quality of the internals is all about the same.
