Cheapo battery charger

I'm getting to the point where, with two old tractors, I'm wanting to have my own battery charger rather than keep running up to my brother's to use his. Was wondering if any of you fellers has had any luck, good or bad, with cheapo ones like shown in the link? NAPA has a couple models but the cheapest one is around $50. Seems as though a simple rig like that shouldn't cost that much.
