shtuck shteering wheel

HELP anybody got an idea on how I'm gona pull the Ford 545 skiploader steering wheel off??
seems that the plastic just bends and brakes off when useing a 2 or 3 jaw gear puller. the center doe'nt have holes for a regular wheel puller and the center is too small to drill and tap holes to use a wheel puller, what am I gona do? gota pullit to get to the leaking power steering gear box. thanks for any help
