Larry - distillate fuel was used years ago as a cheap alternative to gasoline. The tractors were started and warmed up on gasoline and then switched over to distillate fuel after they were good and hot. Your H will run fine on regular gas. Parts are readily available for these tractors from Case IH dealers, tractor salvage yards and over the net. Also some gaskets, tune-up parts etc. are available from NAPA. Check some of the adveritzers on this site for your needs as well. When you tear into your tractor and find out what you need, just post your needs and someone will help you find it. Good luck and have fun!
