Look no further than the illustrious but forgotten Merryweather Haul-All of 1939 made in Moose Wallow, Alberta. Unfortunately the onset of the second world war messed up production when their assembly line was used in the manufacture of tank tread-pin retaining needles, however the fact remains that the Haul-All did in fact have all the attributes that you are still searching for. I believe one is still at a wreckers near Normal Wells, NWT.
