Sounds about time for a new pto clutch, so that would be my first guess, I think it'll run about $100 or so, not too hard to change. With the key on, but the tractor off, flip the switch on, you should here it engage. If not, it's the clutch or you blew a fuse or something came unconnected. You said you checked the fuses(though try swapping it if you have an extra, have seen them before not look blown but just stop working). You said you checked the plug, so I am guessing all wires are still intact. So that would leave the clutch. I guess you've turn the switch off then back on again, and I assume you know you have to be on the seat and not in reverse(unless you unhooked that switch, which is real easy by the way, let me know if you want to know where it is and how to do it). It could also be the switch, so check that out as well. Good luck!
