You have a bad situation. Every year right after our show i get mad and say the heck with it, I'm done, gone , out of here. Then in a couple of MONTHS, I calm down and say, It wasn't so bad, and start to work for next year.Your'e personnally vested in this issue because your uncle is in the so called "problem group". At your show you have to get approval to sell raffel tickets before the show. If the paying crowd enjoyed the group maybe you could reach a mutual agreement. You don't want to allienate to many people in a small show. As far as the money thing, you have to look at it this way, If our big money donations stop, do we still have a show? If you can say yes then the membership, if they agree with you can over rule the big money. Maybe your pres is to pressured by losing the money to say no to the guy. The biggest thing is if your paying customers are happy. They pay for our show and so we can work like a dog all year to give them a show. but you know, I'm JUST AN IDIOT
