Bent camshaft don't sound right to me,cannot picture any forces that would do that in any circumstance,could see broken/bent PTO shaft,transmission mainshaft,even crankshaft,but hard to believe something weaker between wouldn'go first.No doubt you have serious problem,just trying to get a mind picture and cam don't fit in my mind...Will have to think on this a bit.
