i gave permission for a logging company to cut across (let his trailor wheels cut across a shoulder at an intersection.) the state of virginia then claimed the widened "road" as their property. i know all about your definitions of "adverse" beleive me do i know. like i said before, if you don't think it can happen to you....well i guess thats bliss. but to me it was 2 years of legal work, stinky lawyer fees, surveys and the only thing that helped me in the end is that virginia needed a favor from me. the situtation in recorded somewhere in the archives of this site.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
