Splitting a cub

I am going to replace the clutch, pressure plate and release bearing,hopefully this weekend. I really don't know how to support the front and back units. I was thinking that I could support the front end and block the wheels so it couldn't move. I don't know how to move the rear far enough away to do the work that I have to do.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best and safest way to move the rear section.
