Dante-- I do it all the time. I have a 20' Vivacity, this is a twin keel boat. I made a dolly out of an old trailer by adding another set of wheels. I regularly launch and haul out accross a sand beach with my Nuffield 460. Admitedly it has large wheels but I back into the water about 30" deep. -- Bill
