want to remove rear wheel weights on a 930 CASE need advice.

I am wanting to remove the rear wheel weights on my 930 comfort king CASE. they are nearly as big around as the inside of the rims. and consist of a big inner weight and a smaller one on the outside. They are on the outside of the wheels though so it will not be necessary to remove the wheels. I am looking for advice on how to go about doing this. Thanks for any help. R Wyler.
