Also, if I remove the hydarulic unit should I remove the lift arms from the unit before removal. If it's like my 420 you don't have to remove the lift arms to get inside to do a rebuild, only to replace the seals on the lift arms. Will the hydraulic fluid stay in the unit or is there a gasket between it and the transmission housing? There is a gasket between the lift and the transmission housing on the 420. All fluid will come out.
