I do not know if you are like me. I am sure if your here on this board though that you are... Here is the issue at hand. How does one go about getting a tractor or two (weather a garden tractor or full size) at a reasonable deal to tinker with? There seems to be a clear line drawn in the sand locally (central NJ). There are guy's like me who can not find a tractor for a reasonable price anywhere (weather it runs or not). Then there are guys who have them lined up....row after row in their yard just sitting there. If you have the chance to talk to these guy's... they usually tell you that they were given most of them. I am thinking...What a gift. To be given an old tractor to tinker with over the winter! Does anyone have any suggestions for a fellow enthusiest? How do I go about getting something to tinker with for the winter without going for broke? How do you get your tractors? Thanks for everyones input on my last post. Everyone has been great!
