Right on, theres all sorts of oil here and in places like Sweden even thats just not cost effective to go after right now, if the price of crude went up we'd see stuff like that getting brought out all over. Of course you'd hopefully see alot of conservation measures too. Here in MA the state had a program to buy compact flourescent light bulbs for $5 off. The "Lights of America" brand was selling for $7 at the time, so I outfitted almost all the lights in the apartment with CF bulbs. All except the one over the stove, the one in the fridge and one in the bathroom that refuses to die... Cut about 20% off the electric bill...
