trailor light failures, vibration?

for side clearance lights my trailor used a fixture with two 194 type bulbes (no brass base, just two wires in a flattened bulb end). anyway the life of the bulbes is about 8 hours of towing. the ones behind the axles burn out quicker than the front ones. so i guessing its vibration thats getting them. Any suggestions? bulb change? fixture change? any leads on LED type fixtures? Thanks for the help.
