Wouldn't even consider a gas tractor again if it was free. Got 3 Fords and 2 Case-David Browns, all diesel. Had a 4030 JD gas and could burn upwards of 100 gallons a day rolling hay. Can't make my worst diesel use 35 doing the same work. Using a block heater and Power Service in the fuel I've never failed to have one start. My biggest Ford (7710) lacks a maifold heater and where I feed with it I don't have electricity. If it gets below 10 degrees and it sits for a week w/o starting may need about 2 secs of either and a set of jumper cables to warm up the battery but even then it always starts.
