Carpentry tools, football, and bikes are all dangerous. Less so than tractors? Is football less dangerous than tractors? Are there real statistics?.
As a kid, I ruined my knee with a slight bump on the ground while playing football, now I work a tractor because it hurts to walk. I've got a five-year-old who loves tractors. I haven't let him on mine yet but in a very few years I might think him less at risk on the farm tractor than out on a football field.
