Since I discovered YTMag a couple years ago, I have seen a lot of badmouthing of Champion spark plugs. I mostly discounted it as I do the brand loyalty/color war disputes. But lately, I'm beginning to wonder if there isn't something to it. Soon after I bought my VAC, I put new plugs in it. The ones that came out weren't matched. I put Champions in. Not long after that, it started misfiring. It hadn't done that before. I would have to take the plugs out, take them to a garage to get cleaned up, check the gap, and put them back in. The tractor would run great for a while, then misfiring would begin again. I'm thinking I'm going to buy another set of a different brand and see if I can fix my problem. Without starting a "spark plug war", please feel free to weigh in on the subject.
