It all depends on the tractor and length of pipe. We have a NH combine with a straight pipped cat 3208 turbo and it is very quiet. Also have a Case 1270 that is not too much louder than normal unless under hard stress, then it just sounds sweet!!! Usually turboed engines are quieter then non-turbo's and the longer the pipe the quieter. I just love to hear those turbo's scream under a load!!
