You would have loved the engines on Frac pumps I used to run: 16V 149 TTI Detroit Diesels , 149ci per cylinder, 4 turbo's 2 superchargers,
intercooled and exhaust stacks about 2 foot long straight off the turbo's. 2800 hp of truck shaking,ear splitting,fire belching yellow iron. Damn that was fun !!!!!!

The new TVO engine had a number of improvements which resulted in a 10 per cent more power (43bhp as against 38 bhp on the earlier engine) and 10 per cent more fuel economy.
