I purchased a Jacobsen Turfcat outfront mower at an auction. I got the mower home and found the hydraulic valve that controls the mowing implement on the front was broken. The hydraulic shop says it can't be repaired and Jacobsen wants $481.00 for it. I checked Northern Tool and found they list hydraulic detent valves as being closed center or open center. Can someone tell me the difference between the two valves and which type I need? Also is there a particular pressure (PSI) valve I need? Thanks; Darrel
