hello, i havent been on these boards for awhile but anyways , my 1958 Fordson dexta is having an electrical (i think) problem. And this tractor is used for snowplowing and there is a storm that is dumping tons of white gold on us. Yesterday when i went to start her, i pushed down the starter and i got a click and some sparks coming from the i believe (relay?) Now i went outside and i push down the starter handle and nothing. Not a sound . goes down all the way , no spark no sound no nothing. I tried boosting the battery with my truck and still nothing. By the way it is a fairly new battery. Ps- If one of the cables wont tighten up all the way and is a litle loose , could it cause this? Pss- I sanded the battery terminals to make sure they were clean. Thanks!!
