i need some legal advice on tractor i just purchased a track tractor i bought it as is but bought it to be in good condition ,when i got it home and started to change oil ,behind the oil filter where it couldnt be seen was a 6 inch patch on the block it was leaking oil there ,im realy sick this was a very high price machine like 50 grand , what can i do ,can i get some of money back leagally,do i have a strong case in court,
