Hello Dan, if the wheel rims are sound go ahead and use the wheels as is if they were good enough for your grandfather they should be good enough for you. Please don't use a running F20 for parts. I am sure your grandfather was very proud of his tractor and wouldn't want it to be torn apart to patch up another. Why not try to save them both? Too many old tractors and other antique equipment are parted out and will be lost forever.I think the most important thing is to enjoy what you are doing, so don't worry about being 100% correct in fixing up your F20 just have fun.
