Before you start it, remove the spark plugs. Squirt engine oil in the cylinderes. About two ounces on each side. Blow a high pressure air nozzle into the holes to blast the oil all over the cylinder. (Cover the opening with a rag held loosely over the nozzle and hole) Rotate the flywheel, or engage the clutch and rotate the clutch pulley by hand. If it is stuck, stop there. If it rotates, turn the engine over a few times to get the oil spread over the cylinder walls. Put the plugs in, some gas, a battery and hit the starter. Be sure the radiator is full of water/coolant. The emgine oil level plug is just below the clutch pulley. It sticks out about an inch. Loosen the cap and ad oil until it drips out from this plug. The transmission/differential filler/test plug is located to the right and just above the PTO shaft. It is a pipe cap type plug. The oil should be up to the opening, or just about full. You should really drain the engine oil, change the oil and filter before you run it. Go to the store and get a service manual/operators manual.
