The comealong trick will usually work,but remember that as the tire inflates, you have to be able to release tension quickly. Another way is to use an inflation tank. This is a 15-20 gallon air tank with a 2´´ ball valve that forces a large quantity of air into the tire while you are inflating. Maybe a tire company near you will rent/let you use it. If not, take the tire off and take it to them and have it inflated, or install a tube.
