Its stored on your land, isnt it? You still paying taxes on it? Inside your building? Its yours til he takes possession of it. Possession is 9/10ths of the law. You can't hold it forever. Guy gave me $500 deposit once & never came, never answered mail or phone messages. Just dropped off the face of the earth. Kept it couple years, then sold it. Actually thats pretty common; they lose interest & just drop it. Not your fault.
