OT have the mower AND the money...now what?

About 4 or 5 years ago, I sold my dad's Case T-10 mower on this site. The gentleman sent half the money with the promise to pick it up and pay the rest as he moved across country. Well, he went ahead and sent the other half of the amount and never has picked up the mower. Dad has tried to contact him a couple of times with no luck. Anyone know what to do now? I have another guy that might be interested in it, but dad does have the full payment from this other individual. What would be the right thing to do? We can't hang onto it forever in the hope that he'll come get it.
