Grab it as fast as you can! Anywhere close to NC? If you don't want it, I do. Fellow called GEO posts on these forums and is really sharp on these tractors. Under the seat is a big nut which has a spring and piston under the nut- some sort of relief valve for the hydraulic system. Take out the spring and piston, clean everything carefully and the system likely will work again.
