The simplest method is to purchase a hydraulic line setup and open center spool valve for a fast hitch farmall. It will be a bolt on for your tractor and consists of the pipes running from the pump back to the touch control and the valve itself which bolts to the touch control. Hopefully, oyu can buy these used. If that fails you can cut into the small (pressure) line from the pump at any point and plumb an open center spool valve into it. These work really well. It will not affect your touch control operation, although you will need to use double acting cylinders since the touch control does not have that much storage capacity.
