2840/2940 Deere, OR find a nice 4020. That would be a bit bigger than you wanted, but it's a great tractor, and they hold their re-sale value better than anything ever. The down side is you'll have to pay more for them than others. Parts are easy to get, and are no more expensive than other brands. Sinse you already have the 5400, you can get all your parts at one spot. The 2640/2840/2940's go for around $10,000 to $12,000 in good shape. (Around my area anyway) You can find good 4020's for less than that. You'll have about 20 hp more than you say that you need, but too big is better than too small.
