I have a JD 5400 - 60 hp tractor now. I am looking for something around 75 hp for a second tractor - that would not be required for everyday use, but will be plowing, disking, working. I believe that I want to be in the 60's or 70's for the sake of parts availability, etc. Value is, (obviously), a concern. Do I want an Oliver 1800?, IH?, Case?, Ford?, etc. Most brands are represented by dealers here. I need three point, rear PTO, remotes, and only want diesel. I understand that everyone has their favorites, and I am looking to reduce the risk of having major problems like broken cranks, etc. Thank you in advance.
