Regarding the advice given

Thanks to those who replied ,I'm going to see an 8N in "beautiful condition" with a sickle mower , FEL , and a used engine to replace the currently hooped one (thrown rod & hole in block)HOWEVER there are no guarantees that the "new" engine is even usable , the seller said that when he bought it he was told that it came out of a running tractor , anyways he has it listed for $2000CAD ($1450USD) and apparently he's quite firm on the price........any opinions out there?? thanks again
