Still no word from the cops, I called this morning, the officer is still out. Here's what I found out. The vehicle I'm looking for is an '88 possible '87 Black Pontiac Fiero (searched the web and found pictures). Pretty sure it's got Wisconsin plates. This is significant because I live across the border in Minnesota, probably 8 miles from the border. Several more neighbors have said they've seen a similar vehicle parked along the road in odd places at odd times. This creep drives out of his way to come to over to our area to do his stuff. Guy probably likes Pontiacs, the car that our neighbors saw parking in their driveway a while back was a Trans-Am. I'm willing to give all this information plus the stories from my neighbors to the cops.....as soon the guy is back from his break. Since it's been a couple of days my wife is beginning to freak out, I think we were in shock at first, now it's beginning to sink in what this guy was doing. If anyone is interested I'll keep you advised, if not I'll stop. Again, if anyone has any advice or suggestions I welcome them. Thanks.
