Ya know.... I was thinking about differnt security items that would work. But I suddenly had an idea how to figure how to get a positive ID of this guy... caught "red-handed" as it were... Mix some enamal house paint with a little motor oil (the paint won't set up then)... and either paint the window sills or a flat board (slat) that is then tacked to the window sill. If the peeper comes up to the window and lays any fingers on the sill... the wet paint will have his finger prints in it! This might also be a way of showing proof to the sherrif that the creep was on your property! There may be other paints or coating that would work too.
