Standard axle Kingpins HELP!

Its a MM ZAS and the old kingpins have cut through the bushing and into the knuckle. One side about 1/16" the other side a little less. No other parts South of the Mason/Dixon and East of the Mississippi, as far as I know.
What are my options?
Surely some of you guys have encountered this. What did you do?
