A decent tractor for you might be a Yanmar 4wd diesel. You can add a belly mower, three point hitch finishing mower etc. I traverse hills in the yanmar that I'd never attempt on the older style fords. (Traversing hills is something I would not recommend on anything you are not 100% comfortable with and even then know whats under the tall grass) Instead of a front loader you could fabricate a rear scoop to work off the three point hitch to tote materials around or get one with a front loader. To drag light loads around an old car hood make a decent skid - two holes and a chain hooked to a truck or tractor works ok. Theres a lot of options. I have an older Ford w/loader and a backhoe and a yanmar diesel w/finishing mower both cost me $3000 both work well.
