I don't know what kind of Police State you live in Stick, but last I heard, you needed a warrant or at least probably cause to enter any mans domain. One of our basic Constitutional rights protects us from unlawful search and seizure, and the 2nd Amendment gives us the right to bear Arms, regardless what your local boneheads call law. I certainly wasn't talking about murder here, unless of course, you feel killing a ground squirrel is murder???
