Ouch, that couldn't have felt good. Anyhoo - for any of you who took the time to respond. Thanks though I am not certain there was much help. I will continue my research elsewhere. I have done some research with the USDA, NASD, and even with Universal Tractor in Romania... just haven't found what I am looking for. Thank you for all of your inciteful comments about the humanity of our society, they are sad but probably true. FYI I am not a lawyer.
