Well it could be or not look at the contract ans see if it covers RR engine for warrantee. One thing that seal is neoprene it will either seal right now or leak forever. Trust me been there done that never seen one seal itself. Now the old seals made from leather or cork or felt those will seat in after awhile. They most likely cut the seal or rolled it over or some thing like that when they put it in. Or the seal and shaft are not the correct size. Walt
