I agree with twopop. The 850 wasn't made in '93. If it truly is a 850, find the serial number on the rear axle housing and check www.tractortips.com to see what year it was made.
I have a 950, the next size up which has about 5 hp more than the 850. Great tractor. I run a 6' rotary cutter on it and that is about it's limit. I don't think an 850 would run an 8' mower except in very short grass.
