Anything can happen at any time but your odds are better if you get new since you will be pulling wagons. On the other extreme I had a tractor I bought that had a cracked tire and the tube was sticking out a little.The previous owner had ran for a long time that way. I also ran it that way for a while used for odd jobs and mowing and bladeing. I finely chickened out[ or wised up ]and replaced it with another before it gave any problems.
