Massey Ferguson TO-30. Is it worth buying?

Does anyone have an opinion on whether an MF TO-30 tractor is worth buying? Is it a good tractor in general.

This one has a front end loader, but it's not running and has been sitting for quite awhile since last used. It's reportedly an oil burner, so I'd consider it to be in need of a rebuild, at a minimum. I won't be able to start is before I take it. It looks to be in fair condition. How much would this pig-in-a-poke be worth?

Would the loader fit on my 8N?
