As someone below said, Johnson Controls is the other company. One thing to keep in mind is that maintenance-free (completely sealed) batteries are less tolerant of being run down completely (left lights on etc, one full discharge and your battery can be shot) than the low-maintenance type where you can pry off the tops and add water.
