Yes, what are we going to do..?? Every time one of these fools does this, Big Brother get's the idea that we ALL need More Supervision...!!! Are they right..?? Guess so...seems 90% of drivers turn On the Switch, and turn OFF their BRAINS...THEN turn ON the cell phone... Try to run a piece of equipment over the road at 10 MPH, and they will pass even on Bad Hills...!! I don't EVER "wave" anyone past anymore..they might sue me..!! Ofcourse, there is NO test for "Common sense", or even for depth perception used for a driver's license... They don't have to be professionals...!! SO nothing should be taken "for granted" with them.. I ran Coast to Coast every week for 13 years, and I can tell you a few stories---but that is entirely another subject..!! I CAN tell ya that the number of people with an open beer can is probably 1 in 10, and then there are the dummies READING News Papers, Reading Books, putting on make-up..the list goes on and on..!! More people die on our roads than from anything else in our Country...!! Why can't we get the Cops to arrest unsafe drivers--AND Make those people TURN OFF those Darned Fog Lites...!!! Got any ideas..??? Ron.
