I am alive today several times over because of wearing them in Cars. I just feel they keep you in the seat behind the controls when something goes wrong or somebody hits you and knocks the car around. Don't do much good if you end up in the passenger seat or worst yet thru the windsheild to keep you car on the road from hitting another car, pedestrian or object that does not move easily. Hard to steer and work the brakes sliding around in the seat. There is a good reason people wear them in race cars and most of the time walk away from bad wrecks. For those reasons I think they should be required to protect the other guy and the person driving along with the people riding in the car. Just plain good sence to me. No role bar on the tractor you should not wear one! Mark H.
