Possibly you missed the point. Mind your own affairs and don't try to dictate to me whether I, or someone else should or should not wear a seatbelt based on your observations. Believe it or not there are still people out in the real world who can fend for themselves without having someone think for them from the sidelines or the legislative chamber.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
