I receive a air sander from Sears as a Christmas gift from one of my children and I could not get the nut of that held the pad. I took it back today and offered to trade it with one that I could get the nut off. The sales clerk tried several himself with no sucess so I bought a different style. I heard the clerk tell a stock boy to put the one I returned and the two others that didn't work back in stock as I walked away. Now there is at least three that will have to be returned by others. Made me lose my confidence in Craftsman.
